There’s also a layer of value for operational leaders, who can use call analysis, recordings and transcripts to optimise how their inbound and outbound teams operate.
We work best with businesses that use digital media to attract customers and then transact via phones, online checkouts, e-Commerce, online booking engines, or ticketing systems. Those businesses often struggle to stitch that data together accurately.
