Our business

Automated Analytics Group was founded in 2013 by Mark Taylor and is based in Doncaster, a city on the cusp of becoming the UK’s leading destination for innovative digital and technology businesses to locate and grow.  

In just over a decade Automated Analytics has experienced significant growth, servicing a 4000+ global client base of global brands and household names including Pizza Hut, British Gas’ Dyno-Rod , Europcar, Fourth and KFC.

The company was founded on the belief that Artificial Intelligence can be a force for good, from enabling business transformation to enriching people’s lives.

Mark founded Automated Analytics after spotting a gap in the market; that, there was no way of seeing if leads were being reliably converted once they had progressed from online search to offline calls. Mark was struck with inspiration and decided to create a solution that would provide a complete overview of the entire customer journey.

The end result of this was Call360, a piece of AI speech analytics software that records, transcribes and categorises every single customer call that an organisation has (without a person ever having to listen in). Businesses are able to glean useful insights like the reason for incoming calls; their outcomes; and which search engine keywords or marketing sources are most consistently driving sales. In turn, this allows clients to better understand the effectiveness of their current marketing strategy and to optimise it accordingly.

Capitalising upon this success, Mark and his team later rolled out TalentTrack — which provides similar analytics for the recruitment process, enabling businesses to see which job boards and online channels are working best for them — and they still have many other exciting products in the pipeline as well.

Spotting a gap in the market for providing local serviced-based business with an optimised Google Ads campaign to drive sales leads by combining Call360 analytics insight with cutting-edge landing page technology for local market pages. From SMEs to large enterprise customers, Customer360 drives high-converting sales leads for small and large brands in the UK.

Automated Analytics is ISO27001 certified and in 2022 was recognised as one of the fastest-growing top 100 tech companies in the North by tech investment and advisory firm GP Bullhound and a runner-up in the 2023 Doncaster Business Awards ‘Innovator of the Year category. 

In March 2024, the company made its debut in the FT1000, as the 818th fastest-growing company in Europe; an annual study commissioned by the Financial Times. Its founder Mark Taylor was also made a Patron of the Doncaster Chamber of Commerce in 2024 in recognition of his trailblazing work in spearheading solutions and adoption of Artificial Intelligence in Doncaster, and beyond. In 2024, Mark was also announced as a regional finalist for the North in the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
