Sales Manager – Growth Account Executive (remote in the US)
The role
TalentTrack is now hiring an ambitious and strategic Account Executive to work with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners across the United States. As the owner of ATS customer growth sales initiatives, you’ll join our growing US team, which is responsible for expanding sales, ensuring smooth transitions to our Customer Success team, and driving revenue growth. This role will provide you with access to ATS partner client bases, outstanding partnerships from internal Customer Success Managers, and seamless integration capabilities to go live with TalentTrack.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred).
Objectives
- Lead the execution of TalentTrack’s partnership strategy with ATS partners
- Strengthen and grow relationships with the ATS partner
- Develop a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Support the Customer Success team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide client feedback for product improvements
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales strategies with ATS partners’ clients
- Implement systems to efficiently manage and close sales opportunities
- Oversee direct sales initiatives to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth
- Drive and manage the complete customer journey from acquisition to success, ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success team
- Support the Customer Success team in enhancing client retention and satisfaction
- Provide training and resources for TalentTrack clients and partners
- Contribute to the company’s culture and strategic direction, embodying our values and mission
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in sales and business development, account growth, or related roles, ideally in the HR tech industry. Knowledge of ATS, job boards, or similar is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR software solutions and technology trends
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for building successful partnerships
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving growth in accounts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
