Reaction to the Autumn Budget
Yesterday, the Chancellor unveiled her much anticipated Budget, marking a significant shift in economic policy for the first time in 14 years under Labour.
Responding to the Budget, Mark Taylor, CEO of Automated Analytics said, “Yesterday’s Autumn Budget was a positive continuation of the government’s commitment to harnessing Artificial Intelligence to deliver growth.
I’m looking forward to seeing their Artificial Intelligence Opportunities Action Plan, which will set out the government’s roadmap to capture opportunities presented by AI to enhance growth, productivity and deliver improved public services.
As Doncaster becomes the Centre of Excellence for AI in the UK, I hope future Budgets will recognise South Yorkshire as a high-potential innovation cluster able to benefit from the Innovation Accelerators programme, joining Greater Manchester and the West Midlands.”
