Head of Sales, TalentTrack (remote in the US)
The Role
TalentTrack is hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives across the United States. If you’re an experienced business development professional with a knack for developing strategic partnerships and driving direct sales, this role offers a thrilling opportunity to make a significant impact.
As the Head of Sales, you’ll join our growing US team and be responsible for expanding our channel partner network and direct sales channels while ensuring top-tier customer success. Your insights will also guide our product development, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred).
Objectives
- Lead the creation and execution of TalentTrack’s channel partnership strategy
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers
- Enhance and grow relationships with existing channel partners
- Develop a sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing
- Support the Customer Success team to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering for product improvements based on client feedback
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline for TalentTrack Channel Partners
- Lead direct sales initiatives to acquire new clients and drive revenue
- Implement systems to nurture and close sales opportunities
- Manage the complete customer journey from acquisition to success
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to explore cross-selling opportunities
- Lead the customer success team to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Engage in product development discussions to represent channel client needs
- Provide training for TalentTrack clients and partners
- Contribute to the company’s culture and strategic direction
- Some travel as needed to customer sites
What You’ll Bring
- Significant and current experience in business development, channel partner development, direct sales, or related roles, ideally in the HR tech industry
- Experience and relationships in the HR tech space (applicant tracking systems, job boards, or franchise relationships)
- Strong knowledge of HR software solutions and technology trends
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal partners
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving partner relationships and sales growth
- Ability to thrive in a growth environment
