If you&#8217;re an experienced business development professional with a knack for developing strategic partnerships and driving direct sales, this role offers a thrilling opportunity to make a significant impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Head of Sales, you&#8217;ll join our growing US team and be responsible for expanding our channel partner network and direct sales channels while ensuring top-tier customer success. Your insights will also guide our product development, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a fully remote role based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the creation and execution of TalentTrack\u2019s channel partnership strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance and grow relationships with existing channel partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Customer Success team to ensure high retention and satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering for product improvements based on client feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and manage the sales pipeline for TalentTrack Channel Partners  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead direct sales initiatives to acquire new clients and drive revenue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement systems to nurture and close sales opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the complete customer journey from acquisition to success  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Commercial Director to explore cross-selling opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the customer success team to enhance client retention and satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in product development discussions to represent channel client needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training for TalentTrack clients and partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the company&#8217;s culture and strategic direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some travel as needed to customer sites  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Significant and current experience in business development, channel partner development, direct sales, or related roles, ideally in the HR tech industry  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and relationships in the HR tech space (applicant tracking systems, job boards, or franchise relationships)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR software solutions and technology trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated track record of successfully driving partner relationships and sales growth  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to thrive in a growth environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role offers a competitive salary and commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a contributive 401K, generous PTO (30 days plus public holidays), and regular team-building activities. <br>Please submit your resume to<strong> <a href=\"mailto:amiek@automatedanalytics.us\">amiek@automatedanalytics.us<\/a><\/strong> for consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script type=\"application\/ld+json\">\n    {\n        \"@context\": \"https:\/\/schema.org\/\",\n        \"@type\": \"JobPosting\",\n        \"title\": \"Head of Sales\",\n        \"description\": \"TalentTrack is hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives across the United States.
